“Fantastic place, very private, close to two beautiful beaches (Mauna Lani and Fairmonts). The unit is impeccably equipped with everything you may need, and its owners are very, very responsive and good at communicating (excellent recommendations, btw). Really enjoyed staying there.”

“The condo is a little dated, as accurately shown in the listing pictures, but hey you’re in Hawaii! Go outside. The view is gorgeous. We saw a couple whales from the lanai, and slept to the sound of waves just 30-40 feet from the lanai. Arllen was very responsive to our questions. The location is conveniently near lots of things within a few miles in either direction. I can’t speak to the pool or hot tub as we didn’t use them. But, both looked well maintained and clean. ”

“Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. ”

“The condo was fantastic! Everything was as advertised and more. Loads of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.), the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has everything you need for a wonderful, stress free vacation! The Beach Club Access was key in our booking. It is one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. Great location on the Mauna Lani property. You are walking distance to the main hotel which has great options for B/L/D. We would 100% come back again!”
