“I love the whole nature scenery!! Very beautiful! It was cool to shower outdoor lol The only thing I recommend is to get a mirror next to the sign it was hard to make a left turn.”

“The short of it is that this place has a rodent problem and it will require a lot of work to improve.Place is conveniently situated close to Kona and multiple public beach access points, but is on a very loud and active main road through Kona. The living quarters are fine, but not thoughtfully put together. For instance, there is no bathroom privacy as the door is a see through storm/security door. Upon arrival, we found mouse droppings on the shelves for our coffee cups and plates. We woke up……

“We loved our stay here! The space was clean and had everything we could have needed. The hosts have thought of everything with a well stocked kitchen, soft towels, beach gear, towels and more. We loved drinking coffee on the big deck. Other reviews had us a little concerned about being woken up by roosters, but we closed the windows at night and turned on sound machines (one they provided and one we brought) and it wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Janie was very responsive to our needs and responded to our minor questions quickly. Location is convenient for driving to many places on west side of the island. The street is a bit noisy in the morning but the birds singing help make up for that. Great views and places to be outside. I would definitely come back.”

“We stayed here with our larger family coming from multiple places around the U.S. and it was amazing. Large enough for everyone to have personal space/bathrooms but still be under one roof. The outdoor space was so beautiful. We celebrated our wedding here after the ceremony and it was like a dream come true. ”
