“It was convenient to Knoxville where we had a graduation to attend. Met our needs. A TV was blaring all night in another room. I didn't get a lot of sleep.”

“Not enough staff. Guy at desk was swamped but being patient and kind. The enterance was sort of wonky but it was dusk. I have no complaints. ”

“Best Western welcome and pleasant staff at the reception desk. Perfect location just off I-75. Excellent breakfast options for a quick get up and go.”

“Hotel appears recently built and is attractive and in great condition. The room was comfortable and everything in working order. Having coffee and hot water in the lobby 24/7 is nice and does reduce waste. Coffee maker in room is available by request. Hotel is conveniently located at the intersection for Hwy 75 as well as the route west to Cumberland Falls. ”

“The property was good on a clean place to stay but it is near Interstate 75 and busy truck stops, very loud during the night. Room clean and breakfast sufficient. Take a white noise machine to help drown out the loud area, no fault of the property. It is a much needed hotel for the area and appreciate the overnight stay close to my parents home. Wish the front staf had been friendlier in my hometown, however she was prompt and effiecient. ”
