“I loved the view of Kuta beach absolutely stunning. Also enjoyed the prayers and chants coming from the mosques. The employees were made you feel welcome and always ready to help you. The room was perfect! Very clean with daily maid service. There’s a restaurant on the property and room service available. The best part having your own private pool!!”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof.……

“Nice property, but poorly managed. The room was assaulted by an army of centipedes (they sprayed some insecticide after we complained, but there couldn't do much). The location is problematic and, as a bare minimum, there should be a free shuttle bus taking guests to the town center and the beach”

“Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im TIKA Lombok und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Herman, Nirwana und Ivan haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Lage ist super, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann günstig einen Roller leihen, der Pool ist fantastisch, das Frühstück war gut und unser Zimmer sauber. ”

“Great and helpful staff! The grounds were kept clean and nice! Lots of trees and plants around the property. The rooms were a bit outdated, they offered daily cleaning upon request. The rooms were a little hot and the AC were not fully functional. We paid extra during booking for the breakfast after reading reviews about the spread. But not very many options and repeated breakfast everyday. So we skipped after the first day. Overall nice and friendly staff, safe area and close to everything……
