“What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Santini Farmhouse! The house looked exactly as the photos portrayed and we loved that both bedrooms had their own en suite - it made it really nice for two couples sharing the house. The kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed and the rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite place for morning coffee and to spend the evenings as the sun went down. The views of the grape vines across the street were absolutely stunning and I'm missing the view……

“We had a wonderful month at this pristine 2 bedroom cottage in Healdsburg. A 3 block stroll to the Plaza (surrounded by word class restaurants including Single Thread), this home includes a large fenced in back yard, outdoor fire pit, modern kitchen with Jennair appliances, large indoor gas fireplace and upscale bathrooms. We are hoping to rebook for another full month in 2026!”

“We just stayed at this magnificent property for a week and it was pure bliss. I can't overstate what a special place this is. Fredric and his wonderful wife were amazing hosts. They could not have been more thoughtful, or generous! The property is in a really beautiful location. “We stayed at Angelique's Lakefront Tiny Haven to attend my grandma's 87th in Lakeport. It started with a lovely note on the front door greeting our stay. Neighbors were exceptional friendly, and Angelique was full of great energy. This tiny haven is walking distance from a couple of great eating establishments and a fantastic Asian spice store. It sits across the road from the lake featuring a dock for beautiful views while sipping on coffee. I didn't have a need for the water sports this go……
