“Good to stay for short trip”

“Great stay, the location and property are in a great placed. Well maintained, great views from the room. Staff was rude - showed up a bit early and was told room wasn’t ready - not a big deal, they explained I would be called when it’s was ready. 2 hours goes by and no call. Finally just gave up and showed up, staff was rude about the situation stating that it was busy and didn’t have time to call me. It would have taken 30 seconds - not a valid excuse. ”

It’s not the hotel issue but the whole area has no signal. Unfortunately my virgin mobile cellphone carrier also has NO coverage in this area. The good thing is the signal was good up north 5 minutes drive to the Wiarton down town area. ”

“This new hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The view of Sauble Beach and Lake Huron is priceless. My only complaint is that the heating system is not quite up to adequately heating the large 1 bedroom suite during the height of a cold winter day. ”
