“Room was very nice and clean. Great location and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I would say is that it is a little loud at night but you are downtown right off Michigan ave so you should expect some street noise. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was phenomenal. I initially was concerned about potential "bad service" based on the previous reviews. That was not the experience we had. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful, start to finish. The room was clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. The provided body lotions and soaps were quality and had a clean citrusy scent. The breakfast has plenty of options. We never waited longer than 2 minutes for an elevator.
