“We stayed a few nights for and ice fishing trip with my boys and uncle. The cabin was immaculately clean and the most well stocked cabin I’ve ever stayed in. Shawn and Sarah were great hosts and responded quickly with any questions we had. We loved our stay and hope to book again in the near future. You will not be disappointed.”

“Great cabin in the middle of no where!! Just like I wanted. Amazing sunrise and sunsets over the pond. Stars are amazing to sit and look at next to a campfire. Nice trails to walk through the property, rocks that are amazing. Then just down the road is a creek you can explore, cold fresh water, lots of next rocks.One of the best trips I’ve done in a couple of years. ”

“Good place to unwind ”

“We were looking for a place to stay on a fall vacation/grouse hunting trip, the cabin was awesome. New construction, very spacious house with all amenities including great wifi. Central location in the Phillips area. Just a really nice comfortable place to stay. We loved it.”

“The cabin was clean and cozy. We loved the stone path to the private dock. We caught perch, sunfish, and largemouth bass right off the dock. Paddling the flowage was serene. We also enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit on the patio. The whole family loved staying here!”

“We had a wonderful week at the Grouse Haus. The house is large and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. The views out the window are beautiful. The lake is shallow by the pier so a large boat might not be able to dock but it's perfect for launching kayaks or canoes. the lake is quite large and the Elk River is beautiful. we really enjoyed kayaking and exploring the river and inlets on the lake.
