“This lodge is a very good local experience. Although the lodge needs more attention to get it to excellence, they are VERY friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious - needs a little re-design, but overall good. The restaurant is set and neat, food not restaurant level, but if you are happy with a quick meal made by the manager/driver/cook/handyman, all good. “The room/bathrooms tend to be very small but the hotel was beautiful and clean. The breakfast staff was delightful and my check out was smooth. ”

“10月1号晚上快12点了才到卢萨卡，按着酒店订单上的酒店地址找了两个小时都没找到该酒店，联系电话也一直打不通，最后找了辆当地的车付钱让司机给我们当向导才找到，入住已经零晨两点半了，前台还一直强调我们订的大床房只能有一个免费早餐，另一个人要付费！！！！酒店外面看着还可以，内部很陈旧，厕所比较脏，厕所垃圾桶里还有两个空的饮料瓶，一看就是上位房客扔的酒店竟然没打扫！！非常不愉快的经历”

“We love staying at the Neelkanth Sarovar—it is such a lovely hotel—in fact, I would argue it’s the very best in Lusaka. The deluxe rooms are so spacious and comfortable with a separate seating area and a kitchen, including a cooktop for preparing small meals. I also appreciate the washer with a semi-enclosed balcony for hanging our clothes to dry. This is my 4th or 5th time to stay here, and I’m sure I will stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar again the next time I’m in Lusaka. ”
