“Found and booked a Junior King Suite for $325 at 7pm the evening before the Kentucky Derby. I couldn't have been more pleased. Plenty of self parking. Easy check-in. Nice lobby. Fun hotel bar. Quiet outside patio space. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Spacious. Safe neighborhood and surroundings. ”

“It was a very nice room, except we were bombarded by ants while we were there”

“It was a great suite the only issue was that the previous occupant was a smoker and the room smelled of smoke. ”

“Really clean rooms/bathroom, bed was comfortable. They were having issues with the tv service because of the weather but it’s not the end of the world. Only real issue is the room was not as quiet as I would have liked as far as outside street noise. You can hear the cars down below and music coming from the fraternity’s across the street. Not much the hotel can do about outside noise so I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Beautiful hotel! Very clean. Large rooms. Very friendly staff. Happy hour was great and the made to order breakfast exceeded our expectations for breakfast included meal ”

“Very comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet room. Terrific location walking distance to many places downtown. Would be a five star but for absence of good workspace in room (no desk). Not an issue for non-business travel, but if you need to work in the room, there is not a good comfortable place to do so.”

“Our Galt House stay was wonderful! We had a room on the 18th floor overlooking the river and we enjoyed seeing the barges cross the river and also the train in the distance. It was awesome! The room was quiet and clean and convenient to the Mohammed Ali museum, coffee shop, etc. ”
