“这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。”

The bathrooms are a turn off. The workmanship on the plumbing is just untidy. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The walkways are so dull. It looks so dingy. ”

“The receptionist, Lucy, overcharged us for the stay. Make sure you check your receipts before payments. Rooms are badly neglected, especially plumbing, with smelly toilets and blocked bathrooms. The garden and some staff were nice. If you are coming for a holiday I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the price compared to the quality. ”

The property is always clean, my room was very nice and clean, I love the menu selection, especially the healthy choices on the breakfast menu. I would like to recognize all of the restaurant staff, and Virginia in Housekeeping especially for being so friendly and accomodating to me and my son during our stay. “This is a modern hotel with excellent comforts! Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. A real 5 -star hotel! The only set-back is that i booked the room with breakfast. When I took the breakfast, they asked me to sign and charge to my room! I expressed that the breakfast is included in my room rate! Then things being complicated! Their female reservation manager insisted that the room is a room-only basis! This is so embarrassing! I showed her my bookig confirmation but she keep on that she……
