“This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it. “We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”
