“Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. “From the start the staff went out of their way to make us welcome and happy. Great room which was very clean and comfortable with options for various pillows! Excellent restaurant recommendations and we were able to book through reception. They were also happy to print train tickets for us. The pool was clean and larger than I expected. ”

“帶家人在這裡住了兩天，簡單說一下自己感想： 1.房間硬體，不多，但還算足夠，我很訝異我們所居住的房間，518-519，大概都有幾個插頭無法使用。前面有意見提到房間沒有遮光簾，我們也遇到了，的確每天早上6：30就已經陽光照入房間，很難不被陽光叫醒。冰箱的功率不是太好。 2.飯店早餐，就是一般中歐或東歐早餐，麵包，起司，香腸，沙拉，蛋，豐盛，感覺匈牙利味道偏鹹。台灣人大概吃一兩次就會覺得吃不習慣。 3.飯店地點：距離keleti車站約900公尺遠，飯店外就有公車站牌，飯店走350公尺就會到一個很大的playground，對於帶小朋友旅行的家庭，這個飯店的位置跟鄰近算是不錯。飯店對面有prima超市。綜合評價，我對於這家飯店有四顆星等級覺得訝異，如果以東亞的飯店等級，我覺得這間比較像是三星。”

“Fantastic location just off Andrassy Avenue within walking distance of public transport from buses, trams to metro. The hotel's staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. “Location is perfect. Very close to public transport, restaurants and most attractions are within walking distance. Room is clean and look exactly the same as in photos. The only thing is that when we ordered a taxi through hotel, the fee was not by meter and it charged double that of the usual price. Otherwise, the hotel is a great value for money.”
