“Normally stay at a cabin at Garner SP, but due to road construction they weren't available, but so glad we found PeachTree cottage. Nice and quiet, set far enough off the road to feel secluded, but a very short drive to Lost Maples SP. Clean and had plenty of gear for cooking. Would definitely come back!”

“Our stay was perfect! It was great waking up in the morning and having coffee on the porch. The air conditioning was great and the beds were comfortable. ”

“This is a beautiful property. Great for a relaxing trip to the hill country. Centrally located to visit the river, Lost Maples, and also not far from Fredricksburg and the surrounding towns. The owner was communicative and gracious. Highly recommend this place.”

“We booked this property for a baseball weekend. Unfortunately the tournament canceled due to weather so we stayed in all weekend. The home is like a time capsule but in the most coziest way. You definitely felt like you were at your grandparents house. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and was well stocked with everything you need. There’s only one tv in the living room but other than that it was a great place. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The inside is nicely updated and the outdoor patio area was lovely with lots of shade. The property sits up on a hill with lovely view and nice breeze. River access is right across the road so very easy to get to. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. ”

“My family and I had the best time! The host was very informative, helpful and generous! The homes were clean, well maintained and provided us the freedom and security we hoped to have! The property is absolutely beautiful! There was 8 of us that stayed at the property and there was more than enough room for all of us and our 2 small dogs! My teenage boys loved the game room and it provided us with enough entertainment that we didn’t even have to leave the property if we didn’t want to! We will……
