“Some of the pros of staying are:Kids had a great time. Loved staying near the river where the kids had easy access to kayaking and paddle boards. They also loved having the ability to fish whenever they wanted. The cons were: The inability to have a fire at night in a fire pit, it was chilly at night. We also felt like we were being watched. “Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The water was perfect. Since we are all Epic swimmers even the 4-year-old and a 3-year-old enjoyed jumping off the floating dock it was perfect. The brought our own patio lights for the patio we hung them and it was perfect for evening games outside on the patio. Like I said the place could use a little upkeep and maintenance But all in all it was a wonderful place to spend a long weekend ”
