“We’ve stayed here a few times and love the location and space. I did have problems getting in touch with the owner about adding an additional day, so communication could be improved. Otherwise this is a lovely place to watch the sunrise. ”

“Cute decor and great location but tiny, filthy bathroom with window that wouldn't close, and kitchen was tiny, window blind dirty, with dead bugs. Pool was about the size of a large whirlpool. No elevator... lots of steps and they were dirty. No text or email to tell us how to get access; I had to call. We have lived on Key Biscayne in the past and stayed elsewhere happily. Won't return to this place!”

“This is a great, old school Miami hotel. I want to preface this by saying I had a wonderful stay, and if I am back in South Beach, these are the first people I am looking up. Since this hotel was probably 90 years old, some of the facilities are a little worn. The floor sags, there's a little bit of wear to the carpets, and they had a plastic tarp over a hole in the ceiling due to leakage. If that bothers you, go spend twice the price of your stay at the Marriott down the street. If you……

“We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was nice, and we especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was and how conveniently located it is to everything.
