“Staff is very attentive.”

“After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that usually the “Karen’s” are the ones who leave the mean reviews and people like us forget to even post. So here I am leaving a review so people can know not to believe everything they read. The hotel was very clean, safe, and exactly what we needed for our family of 5. ……

“The resort is beautiful, with fantastic amenities including a gorgeous pool area and the unit we rented felt larger in person than as seen in the photos, with fantastic views overlooking the ocean as well as the city and harbor. We travelled with our daughter and it was great to have the two full bathrooms, kitchen and the washer/dryer. The host was very informative in the listing and promptly responded to inquiries. There were long waits for the elevators as we were there at a peak time and……

“We stayed at this house The house is in a great location, but real needs much maintenance. The floor boards are falling apart. There is mold in the unit. Humidity is always a challenge in south Florida, but the air ducts are probably leaking and condensing to cause mold around the air registers. There are hope in the wall. The handle on the freezer is broken. There were some cockroaches. The pool table looks good, but the table wasn't level and there is only one usable cue stick, the others were……
