“After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that usually the “Karen’s” are the ones who leave the mean reviews and people like us forget to even post. So here I am leaving a review so people can know not to believe everything they read. The hotel was very clean, safe, and exactly what we needed for our family of 5. ……

“The resort is beautiful, with fantastic amenities including a gorgeous pool area and the unit we rented felt larger in person than as seen in the photos, with fantastic views overlooking the ocean as well as the city and harbor. We travelled with our daughter and it was great to have the two full bathrooms, kitchen and the washer/dryer. The host was very informative in the listing and promptly responded to inquiries. There were long waits for the elevators as we were there at a peak time and……

“We really had a good time the room is amazing and the property is awesome it's in the Trump international Beach resort and it was an unbelievable experience even though we didn't have no room service from the hotel because it's private owned we had a really good time... One thing about the clean when we arrived I found hair from the previous people but because the room and the property was so beautiful I didn't make a fuss out of it.”

“Grandma requested adult children and grandchildren gather for Christmas. Family flew in from all over the country and this spacious house allowed us to be together, but also spread out into smaller groups. We hung out on back patio most of the time. The hot tub was a big draw. It was nice to be able to walk to beach, bay. and trolly. Convenient to airport. ”

“Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. When we were looking for a vacation rental, the reviews for this property (and others) were all over the place. In the end, it turned out to work very well for us, though we did have a few issues.We had an issue with the remote controls not working in two of the rooms, and it took a day and a half to get replacement batteries. Since this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't bother us. But that turnaround could be an issue if the problem had been more……
