“Very good location to oceans drive... communication was poor. The entry code given into room didnt work. No customer service at desk throughout my stay. Theres a number to call got no reply back. Had to call customer service and sort it out. Finally got into my room 6hrs later so wasnt the best start. Luckily had friend's staying down the road so went there. ”

“This property did not match the pictures. It was very run down and outdated. It had a lot of wear and tear that didn’t show in the pictures. The building had decent amenities (the Turkish spa was phenomenal!), but it just had an overall run down feeling. Our apartment was a bit shabby. The location on the beach was great! I highly recommend the spa and renting a bike for the day (only $20!) and riding down to South Beach!”

“The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life. ”
