“Everything was pretty good. One Air conditioner kept breaking and it was fixed twice but it broke again and I did not call to have it fixed because I didn’t want maintenance to keep coming in the apartment. Also there wasn’t any cleaning supplies to clean the apartment. The floors were very dirty and I had a baby and 5 year old. A mop was brought but there was no broom or any cleaning soap. “Great location for events at the convention center. Could defiantly use a deep clean and also an upgrade. I would not recommend for more then 2 people. ”

“The space was great. The utensils basic. The beds very comfortable. The location was ideal for the beach and eating in the many nearby restaurants. The view of the ocean was amazing. The soundproofing of the windows had much to be desired. We arrived on Friday evening. The music from the bar/venue below continued until 2am. Saturday it started from the evening until 9am the next morning. Sunday it was over by 2am. If you are alight sleeper bring ear plugs. The toilet kept running. We called and……

“The management is great, they fixed all issues we had and answered all questions. The apartment had a good kitchen, with enough kitchenware and utensils to do simple cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels available. The location is great, one block from the beach and next to a walgreens. Four blocks away is a great supermarket, a publix. The unit could do with a livingroom table. The water pressure in the shower is very low.”

“So close to the beach ,eateries everywhere ,we got parking on the street but I can imagine this could be a problem at high season . The 'virtual concierge ' was very hard going and the staff , when around ,couldn't speak English ”
