“Gated community in Key Largo and it was easy to come and go for activities/dinner off the property. The lagoon and two pools were enjoyable. Granddaughter loved the fish in the lagoon and the docks to jump off of. Our unit had kayaks for the lagoon which were used often. Had a large outdoor shaded area with tables and chairs which was nice as we play games as a family. “Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.”

“Our family of 9 stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. We had EVERYTHING we needed available and then some. The home is very spacious and inviting with plenty of amenities. Loved that there was so much room even with all of us, we never felt like anyone was “under-foot”. Beds were super comfortable, and the house was nice and clean. The most amazing sunrises were enjoyed up on the large patios. I would definitely recommend this home. The pictures of the home are spot on.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place! Despite some traffic delays on our way to the VRBO, Martha went out of her way to assist us, which we truly appreciated.Her townhouse is perfectly situated in the Kawama community—just steps from the pool, saltwater lagoon, and pickleball/tennis courts, making it an ideal spot for our kids. Having access to the golf cart was such a fun bonus! We loved taking morning rides out to the jetty to fish with our kids, catching needlefish, snapper, barracuda,……

“The property was nice overall with plenty of amenities to keep us occupied. The owner, Erick, opened our stay with a call prior to our trip and gave us a list of activitites and restaurants to check out. All in all, he had great recommendations. There were a few issues with the unit, but the owner was pretty attentive to our requests and did their best to rectify the situations. We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfall hot tub and the pools. “We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat the location, waterfront! My daughter paddle boarded and we kayaked daily. One night while eating under the tiki hut a manatee swam by! We will definitely be back. The only tiny issue is the loft ac was not blowing cool air. However, that didn’t stop my daughter from sleeping in it. She loved the space. The owners were responsive and I’m sure they will fix the issue. We hope to stay here many more times! ”
