“The property itself has its charm. Two screened in porches that are great for enjoying the weather from the comfort of your room. This resort is well maintained, the lagoon is beautiful and full of interesting wildlife. The private beach is lovely and has amenities for fires, drinking, and more. The jetty is a great place to catch the sunrise and provides an incredible night fishing and stargazing spot. There is lots to love in this quiet getaway.”

“Kawama Community Resort is ideal for families large and small. Resort offers multiple pools, is ocean side and is a safe gated community. Walking distance to marinas, fisheries. Less than 1 mile to a local Publix grocery store and multiple eateries. Right off of route 1. Kids can easily entertain selves by fishing, swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon, pickelball and pools. A few Community firepits and grills to use. Our group was a party of 40 for spring break and the accommodations fit all of……

“We had a really wonderful stay at the property. The place is very clean, very well maintained and came equipped with everything we needed. The pool and facilities are perfect. The only complaint (and it is super minor) is that there isn’t a beach close by so we travelled a good distance to find one, not that we minded since it meant we got to explore the Keys.”

“This place is a terrific value. Four bedrooms each with their own bathroom and plenty of closets - wow ! Lots of decks and the clubhouse, pool, kayaks, Shuttle to the nearby resort - absolutely magnificent ! The only trouble we had was working some of the electronics. But communication with the owner was prompt and satisfactory. I hope to return someday !”

Loved the accommodations… absolutely adorable and clean! Went snorkeling .. loved being able to see sunrise and sunset! Very comfortable bed. Loved wrap around balcony. “Had a great time at Sea Esta, beautiful huge home. Playa Largo resort was fantastic, amazing service, beautiful pool great beach area. My only suggestion would be that we couldn’t really use the pool at the Residence clubhouse because there was no shade or umbrellas. Loved sitting there in the morning but wished we could have used during the day with sun protection. Overall, though we had a lovely time.”

“Our experience was so wonderful I almost don't want to review the property so we can keep it our little secret! The property is amazing. The listing is a little hard to figure out in terms of layout so I'll start there. The entrance has parking for at least 10 cars. The first villa is a 2 bed 1 bath and is the main house. Villas 2 and 3 are 1 bed 1 bath and are set up like a duplex. Villa 4 is a 1 bed 2 bath plus an outdoor shower as well. Every villa has it's own stove, fridge, living room,……

“Absolutely beautiful home with amazing sunrises over the water. We spent a lot of time lounging next to the pool and watching the boats travel the channel. The home has everything you can want. Our two small dogs loved the fenced property, and of course their daily walks thru the neighborhood. Susie & Roly are fantastic, very service oriented and responsive. We couldn’t be more pleased and already look forward to next year!”
