“Awesome spot for two people, lots of thoughtful details. Great location for visiting the rest of the Keys. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

“This tiny house has everything you need! We kayaked off the dock, swam in the pool & grilled fresh fish from the local market. Check in & check out were easy and the place is super clean. Snorkeling trip from Pennekamp SP & biking in the Everglades were really fun day trips!”

“The property was perfect for me and my sister and my son. My son loved that he could fish right from our own dock. He fished every morning and every night. The mobile home was a little tight for three of us, as far as changing our clothes and having places to store things but it was perfect for four night! It was also a good proximity to all of the national parks which was our main objective. Do be prepared for terrible traffic in the keys and everything taking much longer than anticipated to……

“Gated community in Key Largo and it was easy to come and go for activities/dinner off the property. The lagoon and two pools were enjoyable. Granddaughter loved the fish in the lagoon and the docks to jump off of. Our unit had kayaks for the lagoon which were used often. Had a large outdoor shaded area with tables and chairs which was nice as we play games as a family. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed as far as the kitchen, beach towels, kayaks, washer/dryer. Screen in porch was a……

“Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.”

"The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. "
