If you plan on spending more time in the hotel / room maybe look for more luxury but the balance of comfort and access to the park was perfect for us as first time safari travelers Perfect mix of hotel comfort and access to safari with two daily drives with very knowledgable guides. “Saw hippos first 5 mins on property. Helicopter ride was awesome. Food was ok but view from restaurant was awesome. 10mins to Kroger gate. 2 minute drive to elephant whisperers. 2 minutes to Perry’s trading post”

“Casa do Sol was quiet compared to our previous stays here but this didn't stop the staff doing everything they could to make our stay agreeable. Of particular note was the high standard of the food which we thoroughly enjoyed. Go now and enjoy as the hotel will soon be busy again. A great place to stay before you go into Kruger.”
