“We had an absolutely wonderful time! Property was beautifully decorated, and had all of the amenities that you could think of or want! We particularly loved being on the lagoon and seeing all of the alligators and wildlife around the property! Would definitely recommend staying here, it was very comfortable and well appointed!”

“Very pleased with our stay at Laguna Operetta. The condo was roomy with plenty of space for 5 adults. The kitchen was equipped well for folks like us who like to cook. There were sharp knives, all sizes of pots and pans, as well as plenty of serving and storing dishes. Nice to have the beach towels available for use. The back deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or and evening beverage. The master bedroom upstairs is plenty big enough for a port-a-crib if you travel with little……

“We’ve been vacationing on Kiawah since the 70’s — when VERY little of the island was developed and there was still a herd of wild ponies. We’ve watched the multi-million-dollar homes go up — and they are magnificent — but our favorite weeks at Kiawah have been spent in Ocean Woods. Comfortable, homey cottages in an unbeatable location. This cottage is not fancy, but it has been well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.”

“This is an amazing villa! If you need 3 BR 3 B this is the place to be! Extremely nice decor, plenty of room, comfy beds, very quiet villa. Kitchen has everything you need! Only 10 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location on the island too! I’m picky about where I stay and this place hits all the marks. You will not be disappointed. I would love to come back to this exact spot. Hated to leave!!! ”

“Great location, steps from the beach. The villa is cute, compact and clean and perfect for 2 as advertised. Good access to the beach and we enjoyed riding our bikes through the forest to other activities like tennis. Convenient to Freshfields too”

“This property served its purpose well. To be able to walk to the beach in a couple of minutes was fantastic. There’s also a market/Café that we could walk to and we did. I’d list clearly that there are only stairs to each level. Some folks may find that difficult. ”

“This is our second year staying at this location. We love Kiawah Island primarily for its serenity. There is not the usual hustle and bustle of a beach town in Kiawah and this property fits perfectly into the island. With a secluded lagoon behind the unit wildlife is sure to be found!
