“Hidden gem This home was indeed a hidden gem. We vacationed with our adult children and their husbands. The house sets back on a quiet cul de sac overlooking an incredible marsh with bird watching in the day and stargazing at night. The home is very well appointed with everything you need for a weeks stay. Large living rooms indoor and out. Beautiful kitchen with wolf appliances and a subzero refrigerator. This house has the perfect set up/house design for family and/or friend vacations - fully equipped, close bike rides to one of the Nature Towers, Night Heron Park, & Sanctuary Hotel, short drive to beach, and the pool was awesome! Hundley was super responsive and communicative! We will be back!”

“We come to Kiawah a couple of times a year and this is our first time staying at this property. We loved it! We actually had to stay at 2 different properties this trip because this one only does Sat-Sat. That was a little disappointing. But we were able to compare management companies and were much more pleased with Sawgrass than the other company we had at the tail end of our trip. We are definitely planning on staying at this property again in the future!”

“This home was a perfect getaway for our 3 generation family to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday. The home is stunning, highlighted by its living room with huge floor to ceiling windows that showcase the gorgeous beach and ocean views...breathtaking! The large king bedrooms, the kids bunk room and the baby room were all inviting and cozy esp after a full day of activities, of which Kiawah has more than we could possibly get to. A wonderful home and a wonderful spot!!! ”
