“I've lived in PHX for 15 years, came back on biz. Booked this property based on photos & it seemed like a value. 4pm checkin, but I had a meeting at 5 & was arriving that day. Night before, I requested a 1 hour early check-in, they said it would cost an add'l fee of 150% of the daily rate, due to the possibility of a last minute one-night stay & they couldn't guarantee it would be ready before 4 - except, if the fee was paid, then it would be ready? I ended up not being able to get to the unit……
