Room 3 is lovely, comfy bed, again beautifully decorated but the shower, is huge & powerful. Heaven!! If we are in the area again, definitely staying here. Thanks to the fabulous staff too. ”

Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage. “We stayed at the Hotel Du Vin on our wedding night. We checked in online which was a very quick and simple process. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a suitcase which we wanted to take to the hotel prior to checking in. This was absolutely no problem and as our room was ready, we were able to take the case to our room far in advance of normal check in time. When we returned to our room, a bottle of bubbly had been provided which was a lovely touch and gratefully……
