The only downside is that soundproofing is not good and the traffic from the busy road outside was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. We had to request to change to a room facing the other side luckily that was arranged for us immediately. ”

We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm).
