“Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. ”

“Quick, friendly check in. Property is very clean. The only downside to this stay was that we were positioned on the top floor, room at the end of the hall, the shower was great but the water pressure in the sink was a dribble. And, for the first time ever the mattress seemed to be a little saggy. We also noticed that the rug had been swept but was needing some deep cleaning. There were some areas that looked like somebody had walked some sticky candy into the rug. However, we realize that not……

“This property is located in an area where many old, beautiful homes are being restored, but it is also about a half mile from what appeared to be a soup kitchen. The town appears to have somewhat of a homeless problem, but it would probably be safe enough during the day. This is a residential area with no restaurant, so you'll need a car. My two biggest disappointments with this property were that there was no breakfast and no staff. It could be a great bed & breakfast, and maybe that is the……

“Only complaint is not enough baggage carts, when we needed one could not find it as there were only 3 and people keep them in their rooms according to the desk clerk.”

“Great one night stay after a bad experience at the Moxy - Downtown Columbia and a Police raid during check-in at the Aloft. What's up with Columbia? The Moxy check-in at the bar was a nightmare. A long line of folks waiting to check-in as bartenders were attending drunks - not cool, cutting edge or even remotely hip. The Staff at the Graduate was prompt, incredibly kind and parking was a breeze. ”
