“Wonderful hotel in scenic Pitlochry. Our room was delightful and the bed was soooo comfortable. The breakfast room was beautiful. The sitting room off of the lobby was so warm and cozy with the fireplace burning. Great location. Breakfasts are all cooked to ordered. Excellent food but slow. “Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging.
There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff.
Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”!

Carried luggage’s upstairs
"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs "
