“Shower rooms are filthy. There was no toilet seat in my room and floor was dirty. Bed and room decor were good. Staff is low caliber and need training. Managers were not available to respond to my concerns. ”

“Nada más llegar al alojamiento me dijeron que no tenía reserva hecha ya que no trabajan con Hotels.com Después de un largo viaje lo último que quieres oir es que no puedes alojarte pero tras una hora me dejaron entrar en la habitación diciéndome que la culpa es de la web Hotels.com (con la que no vuelvo a hacer una reserva nunca más). La habitación es un poco básica pero suficiente para pasar una noche y al día siguiente hacer un rafting por el río Tana. El rafting fue muy divertido y muy seguro……

“This place was so amazing and quiet to stay.I was so impressed by their selection of sheet and how they felt on my skin .The rooms were big and very clean.They have mosquito repellant so mosquitos can’t get in. Overall I give it a 10 and would recommend ”

“So nice to see toilet lid on the ground behind the toilet, the toilet that did not flush was wonderful, broken tiles on outside of tub were a great part of bathroom, tub from Aincent rome, light imfixture in room was nice but a bulb in it would have been nicer, broken tv,no remote wonderful . Restaurant just as nice,very dark...which was good so you did not see how old run down and dirty it was. The mutton i ordered was just empty ones and scraps of meat. Funny part it only took 45 minutes……
