“The hotel staff were amazing; friendly, inviting, and very helpful. The room clean; amazing views; and However, my experience at the Farena restaurant connected to the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our server developed an attitude after we asked for clean silverware that did not have food on them and clean napkins. The pasta was undercooked and crunchy. The staff dropped a cleaning cloth on the floor, then picked it up and continued to clean off the table with other staff standing there. ”

“The room was nice. It was clean and smelled wonderful. I love their exclusive products from Raio. The only issue I had was one of the elevators was out and the working elevator was covered in trash. However, it was cleaned up the next morning. I will be staying here again. ”
