“This place is fabulous. First, it is within walking distance from downtown St. Simon and the beach. My wife and I went to breakfast in the early in the morning and walked the beach afterwards. I prepared dinner and my wife and I enjoyed dining on the balcony just off of the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful.....it was nice listening to the birds talk to each other while we ate. We parked our car in the garage provided and walked everywhere. This 2300 Square foot treasure had everything……

“The house was everything you could want for a beach vacation! It was beautiful, perfectly clean and spacious. It had everything you needed including pool toys, plenty of beach/pool towels, beach sand toys, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very short walk to the beach! Our elementary age kids were able to run back to the house for a quick bathroom break and to get snacks as often as they wanted. You are dependent on the tide schedule at that part of the island.
