“Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Responsive to housekeeping needs as I submit my requests through the room’s tablet. Excellent working area though the lighting js a bit too dim once it hits around 5:30pm. ”
“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one.
We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices.
The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite.……
“A very satisfying stay in Sydney. Location is excellent, quiet yet very close to major tourist attractions & shopping area. Breakfast is excellent, especially appreciate to see welcoming & friendly staff (i.e an Asian named ‘Sue’) every morning during brekkie.
Room is a bit small thou, will book a larger one next time, definitely will be back! ”

The bathe and hand towel are very clean. Bed and all other facilities are comfortable. All bath gel , hand wash and shampoo are provided. You can ask from the reception when you want any other accessories. I have some problem for the connection of the wifi. The staffs are very pleasant and can solve the problem immediately. Therefore, the wifi is very good. There are free bottle of water and coke in the fridge. There is convenience store……
"Hotel room is very spacious located in the city centre which takes only 10 mins walk to Darling Harbour, Townhall, Hyde Park and 3 supermarkets. Adequate amenities for cooking and laundry. Clean and comfortable room. NESPRESSO coffee machines are available in lobby."
