“We had a great time at this property! There’s enough room for everyone and then some. It’s perfect for families visiting Columbia and is super close to downtown and campus. The area is very quiet. They had everything we could’ve imagined needing including free and clear laundry detergent which we needed as we have skin allergies. We will definitely come back!!”

“Dan's house is adorable! All the rooms were a good size & very comfortable. The outside was the perfect place to gather with family & friends. Lots of different areas to hang out in, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The proximity to campus is ideal. It is well stocked...we never needed anything. I highly recommend!”

“We stayed in town for the weekend for a baseball tournament, the entire family stayed, there was plenty of room for everybody. The house was in a very safe neighborhood, extremely quiet and perfect for a family. The house had all of the little things that we needed for a quick trip, and it was very centrally located for the tournament as well as getting something to eat. If we travel to Columbia again, we will definitely be back!”

The location was convenient and the house was modern and equip with everything needed to eat dinners and relax. If you are in Columbia for MIZ game days, I highly recommend this rental. We wish we stayed here when our daughter was a Tiger. It's everything you need and close to campus for games and MIZ activities. ”
