“We stayed here for a few days for a girls trip and it was the perfect place! Nice large rooms! Amazing views of the ocean. Stocked well. It was easy to communicate with the host. And within walking distance of a few places and most places 15 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Not happy with the cleanliness. Second year in a row we stayed here. The location is outstanding. Not very comfortable overall. It could use a redo. Maybe a smaller couch and a larger bed. Needs a sprucing up.”

“Excellent close to the beach”

“This is my new hidden gem.Everything we could’ve asked for in a relaxing beach vacation. Simple. No frills. Had everything that we needed. Staff was extremely accommodating and attentive to anything we asked for. Directly across the beach with beach access right in front. Walking distance to everything— restaurants, bars, shopping. Great night life on the weekend. Central to nearby cities like Boca and West Palm if you choose to drive or Uber.”

“Came in for a long wedding weekend and this was the most perfect place to stay. Parking for my rental car, all we needed for our 10 month old (high chair, pack and play, toys), walking distance from the beach and everything we needed for a beach day. Property owners were fantastic - communication was prompt and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for 4 days. It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the patio and saltwater pool. It was nice and warm for night swims. We spent time sitting on the patio and watching boats on the canal. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. Beds and furniture were in good condition. I was surprised to see children in the other units because I thought it was adults only but that wasn’t a big deal. What I really appreciated was at checkout, all you were expected to do was lock up and……

“We’ve stayed here twice now and must say it is our favorite place in Delray! Just a couple of blocks to the beaches and just over a block to Atlantic Avenue. Very clean, very well laid out and you can’t beat the location! Definitely no regrets!”

“Excellent location and amenities for a long holiday weekend with nearby family. Everything was just as described in the listing. The patio/ dock off the primary bedroom in the unit was perfect for a morning coffee and evening cocktail to wind down the day while my daughter was off to bed. We would definitely book again.”

“This is our families second time staying at this property, and we would come back again and again. We stayed in the larger house last summer and tried one of the smaller ones this time for a quick trip. Both were beautiful and clean. If I ever message a question, I get an immediate response. The location is perfect. We love this property!”
