“We have stayed there 3 times while visiting grandson. Rooms are always clean, convenient kitchen area, A/C always cold and beds are comfortable, We plan on staying there every time we visit. if possible.”

“This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled.”

“Property is family owned and family run, met the owner, very nice people, Room was clean and beautifully decorated, Complimentary breakfast and the service was great. property is still under development and being landscaped, Parking lot is not paved so walking in the mud after rainy night was the only inconvenience, overall we enjoyed our one night getaway stay and I highly recommend it. ”
