“This was a good value for the money. Only $82 per room per night. But the motel is old, not in very good shape. My tub was literally filled with cement, then tiled over. Good think I didn't need a bath or shower for only 1 night. Staff were courteous.Location is 25 miles from Llano where we had wanted to stay. But all Llano motels were filled.”

“Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset. “Property is family owned and family run, met the owner, very nice people, Room was clean and beautifully decorated, Complimentary breakfast and the service was great. property is still under development and being landscaped, Parking lot is not paved so walking in the mud after rainy night was the only inconvenience, overall we enjoyed our one night getaway stay and I highly recommend it. ”
