“I booked this to stay at while attending a conference. It was a great place that felt like home. Would stay again.”

“The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. We loved our stay and……

“The location was really great. We were close to shopping downtown in Traverse with just a short drive. Great restaurants and great beaches were nearby. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The refrigerator was a little small but we made it work for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The City Roost was the perfect walking distance to downtown. It had everything we needed and was as described. We had a great stay and will for sure be back to see Traverse City again.”

I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!”
