“Mark was incredibly accommodating with arrival and check out times! Gave many recommendations for the local area and was thorough in his informing us about the quirks and pleasantries of the Seacrest. We spent most of our time in London proper but breakfast and pubs were easy to find in Kew. Public transit made travel from the boat quite easy. Will be returning if we come back to London!”

“We weren't sure what to expect as we've never stayed on a boat before but we were all pleasantly surprised. Check-in process was easy, we had great communication with the host and Sara met us at the entrance of the docks to show us everything we needed to know regarding the in/out procedure with the dock and anything else regarding the boat. There are two bedrooms, each one on opposite sides of the boat. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds with a smaller bed between them……

“The property was definitely different. Located at Bray Marina and overlooked by a restaurant car park, it's perfect for any exhibitionists as there are no coverings over any of the portholes including the en suite!The property is a good size, but could be planned better as you are living out of bags and cases due to one bedroom having nowhere for clothes, there's not even a hook on the door.Beds were comfortable but one didn't have linen on it so we had to search to find some as we were told for……

“Even better than described and pictured! James was so helpful and patient and an excellent host. Luxury linens, comfy furniture, and a view that can’t be beat. The surrounding area is a bit busy but we experienced nothing but peace and quiet during our stay. Very convenient location for Uber rides, too! We hope to have the chance to return. ”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf dem Hausboot - es ist super zentral gelegen, der Host Thomas kümmert sich sofort bei Fragen und hat uns sogar eine Runde mit dem Boot auf dem Kanal gefahren. Das Bad ist klein mit allem, was man braucht. Die Toilette ist ein Campingklo und die Dusche muss ca. 40 min. Vorheizen. Es ist eine Küche an Bord mit allem, was man so braucht. Wir haben allerdings immer nur gefrühstückt. Die Kinder fanden es großartig- definitiv ein besonderes Erlebnis, um eine Woche in……

“What a lovely “out of the box” experience for us Canadians. Slowly rocked to sleep under such a cozy comforter. Every neighbour we met with so friendly in the area. Lovely pub nearby. Highly recommend this boat and the experience with the owners. Thank you so much and we will back ”

“Taggs Island is such an interesting little enclave close to London and unbeknownst to us before. Set in a small inlet off the Thames, the house is one of a group facing onto the water. Linda, the host, has very much personalised it and provides every comfort. Although an expensive add-on, highly recommend the hot tub, which is deep and relaxing. Only down-side to the situation and rather shattering the peace, is being on the Heathrow flightpath, which we hadn't thought about!”

“This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. ”

“Easily the best place I have ever stayed. Lovely location, so relaxing and quiet. Host was extremely accomodating and easy to communicate with. Wish I could have stayed longer, and will be back at next available opportunity. 5+stars!”

“地理位置方便，性價比超高！鄰近地鐵站，去不同倫敦市區景點都很近、很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的設施。房內設有電磁爐和微波混合焗爐，覺得出外進食很貴的話，可以自己買回去煮食(房內亦有杯、碟、鑊等)。這點感覺更像民宿。不喜歡房內煮食，還可以將食材帶到樓下的公眾大廳煮食，下面還有咖啡機和小型的商店可買零食(雖然我不飲咖啡、零食暫時未買過)。1樓還有洗衣和乾衣房，不想自己洗衣服可以考慮使用。居住5天期間，不會有人執拾房間，不過可以掛牌出去叫人倒垃圾，這點要留意！不過我之前亦覺得一般酒店每天有人進房收拾，感覺不太自在，沒有人進來收拾我反而挺喜歡。酒店附近有便利店和小型超市，Amazon Fresh沒有人手櫃位，必須使用信用卡或Apple Pay等電子支付，而且付款全程自助式，不想要單據的話，商品都不用逐件取出來，Tap & Go即可。不過我對這個付款模式十分不安心，所以自己跑去自助付款的機(同樣要用電子支付)，將每年商品掃瞄一次，再付錢，這種方式會有紙質單據，Tap & Go沒有。總括而言，Vertus Edit的體驗非常好，性價比超高，下次再有機會來倫敦，會考慮這間酒店！”

Two nights stay for business travel

"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

"we booked one family room for 4 but family room was not available. we got free upgraded to two double bed rooms and free breakfast. we accepts them arrangement and the located is closed to tube station. "

"The only bad part is if you go from one terminal to another one in Heathrow airport is terrible! None of airport in the world like that. Every time transfer in LHR is a nightmare 😇😭"
