“Condo was fantastic for a 6 adults.Plenty of room for 3 couples. Pictures were as advertised. Big windows, high ceiling and decks in the family/great room were fantastic. “This condo was nice, but the add leaves out that the only way to access one of the sleeping areas is via a ladder. Also, the refrigerator made loud groaning noises. Finally, there was a barbeque grill but it was locked and the property manager told us that they weren't allowed to have a grill on the porch due to a fire inspection. My question is, why was the grill still on the porch and listed as an amenity of the property? ”

“The location was one of the best we have ever had - just a few minutes walking to the gondola, it can be better. The place is pretty convenient, it needs just a few updates as there is no bottle opener, plates, cups, silverware, but we were able to adjust by getting some plastic ware, etc. The guest area is very welcoming, perfect spot after a day on the slopes. “Northstar units are generally old. This unit was also old, but has updated appliances, which was nice. The longer dining table and two full couches were also nice to have. They do not have benches for the dining table as shown in their pictures. They only have four chairs. The unit was in the perfect location. So physically, the unit was great. “酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
