“獨房獨院！屋子房間數多，有家的氛圍，還可以洗衣服等。還有和風味很濃的浴室。屬於高級飯店民宿，飯店人員平時不在現場，需要email或則電話聯絡，但是招待親切。不建議拖大行李前往，因為地點在三年/二年版道中，車子一般無法進入人行道。需要靠旅客自行上坡拖行前往。雖然距離離大馬路不遠，但是對於老人家或不便於行的旅客壓力較大。其他點，這個飯店都是無敵優良！”

“Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. ”

“This was the best stay in my current Japan trip with my family and friends! With a group of 7, the space never felt small and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to attractions and restaurants. The morning breakfasts and home stay in omakase were fantastic and delicious. Also, the in house baths were beautiful and amazing. ”

“因為我們抵達時間遠早於check-in時間，本只是想打電話詢問能不能把行李寄放一樓，對方同意但因為這間並沒有櫃檯所以無法幫我們保證行李安全，我們也表示了解，但沒想到抵達時，打掃的小姐跟我們說她剛剛趕緊把房間打掃好了，就讓我們提前check-in了！這裡讓我們不得不佩服日本人的服務精神！地點雖然離電車或巴士一段路程，但周遭風景非常的棒，剛好滿滿的櫻花配上小橋與河水，隨便我們拍好拍滿。透過房間的窗戶也能直接觀賞櫻花！窗戶也設計得很有格調，讓人覺得這就是讓人觀賞窗外風景用的窗戶！另外桌上擺了一本厚厚的多語言介紹書。除了介紹各種京都經典觀光景點的交通方法外，還介紹了房內各種電器使用方法。非常的用心又便利。要說唯一的缺點是沒有電梯，如果攜帶笨重的行李會不太方便，但還好這棟最高也只有3樓。整體來說，非常滿意！空間大、風景美、服務好！”

“設備も整っていて綺麗で良かった。連泊したので洗濯機と浴室乾燥はとても助かった。駐車場付きではないが、近くに24時間500円で停められるコインパーキングが何ヶ所かあり不便ではなかった。問い合わせにもタイムリーに返信をもらえて安心できた。”

“We had a great time. The house was very clean, the cooling units in all the rooms worked perfectly, and location was wonderful. They had plenty of restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the room size was excellent. The only suggestion I have is that the direction were a little confusing to get to the house. Luckily someone in the family mart knew which house it was and took us straight there. Also, maybe if it’s possible to have maybe two USB/USC ports in the house. Other than that……
