“Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband……

“We came to Wilmington to visit family and have stayed in this area before and loved it. This was no different and the price was great as well! Very clean with a nice view. Super convenient to a lot of place to eat and see entertainment. ”

“This condo is a perfect place for four people! I stayed here with my three nieces for a girl's beach trip! We were just steps away from the beach and close to alot of restaurants! The decor and the cleaniness made us feel right at home. There was everything there that we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the coffee bar and being able to have our breakfast out on the balcony and see the ocean! The parking was perfect right underneath the condo, which was covered. I highly recommend this……

“Nice little quiet place. The Bed slept really well and that’s always one thing I look for because most place I go to my back hurts the next day, the bedroom got really dark so you could sleep in if you wanted to. Overall had everything you need for two people to enjoy a quiet getaway.”

“One of the nicest VRBO places I have ever seen, set up the way you would if you actually lived there. Great kitchen, nice decor, great porch and deck - too hot to spend much time outside while I was in town but outside spaces would be lovely in Fall or Spring. Fenced areas great for taking dogs out and short drive to Greenfield Lake for longer walks.”
