“This unique spot is lovely. It was just perfect for our little family. We came to visit several schools with our daughter and check out the area. This precious house is just a few short blocks from downtown--so we could walk and explore. Then next day we ventured to the beach--it was just a short 15 minute drive. UNC Wilmington is also only 10 minutes away. We loved visiting, and this was the perfect house to stay in for us! ”

“A couple blocks from the main boardwalk area, but far enough to get quiet time. Small, but it's got what you need - kitchen/living room, one bedroom that sleeps 3, and a large bathroom! Would stay here again.”

“When I was searching for a location to stay for my daughter's wedding this one was perfectly centered for all her venues in Wilmington the listing was perfect and the amenities were as stated. Clean and very welcoming. As people saw it they said wow this accommodation are bougie! I heard that several times. Definitely a beautiful location and if you want to drink just go downstairs to the bar or if you want coffee or across the street. Definitely will return and we'll use this location again”

“We had a lovely stay here. We came to do college tours and started our trip early. We came on the tails of hurricane Helene from Asheville. This was a lovely vacation and beautiful spot. Thank you!”

“Parking was ok but extra vehicles took up spot where residents were supposed to park. Had to buy t paper. They don't leave extra. Bathtub had slow drain standing in water up to ankles. But other than that it was ok. ”
