“The location was great: 10 minutes to the ski resort. There was a mix-up with the communication, in that I didn't realize that we had to bring towels and sheets, but the host ended up accommodating us, which was very nice. The bunk beds weren't usable for my teen kids, but may be ok for small children. The place was very small.”

“After two lengthy day hike, I could have used the promised hot tub. There was no outdoor hot tub. The indoor hot tub was out of order. The steam sauna was marginal while the dry sauna did not work either. The carpet in the rooms was marginal, although appeared reasonably clean. I suppose no carpet would prove tough on other surfaces with so many guests.”

“We stayed for a ski trip and were pleased with its proximity to the lifts as well as with the amenities. Even though the twin bunk was too small for my teenage son, we managed to make it work. I’m really grateful that the owner allows pets. It was hard to find a place that did. All in all we would consider staying again. ”

First group in was my family, finding dust thick and hanging from a vent. This was corrected on day four. They left on 7/12 with the expectation the house would be fully cleaned for our friends arrival. Our friend came in on 7/15, finding ”

“Perfect for skiing Kirkwood, walking distance to everything, nice space. Parking/access a little confusing, but works. Come fully stocked. No grocery store, and restaurant options are very very limited. ”

“Great location, clean, comfortable beds and great for 2 families. ”

“This condo is in a great location. Only downside is the building itself is very dirty and horrible smell at elevator entrance in the parking garage. Inside the condo was nice but the inside temperature got a stifling 86! No air conditioning however they do provide ample fans in most of the rooms. The bad thing about the fans is that they were extremely dirty so you had dust flying through out rooms. One of the showers was so dirty and moldy, the microwave handle was broken which made it……
