“The location of this house was great for exploring beautiful Crater Lake and Klamath Falls. The effort put into the theme of this property is amazing. The moment you walk in the door, you are transported back to the 50s. The attention to detail to the theme is mind boggling! Even the magazines were the correct dates! “Closest place to Crater Lake NP south entrance to stay, other than staying inside the park. Clean, comfortable beds, A/C, drip coffee maker, ceiling fans and full kitchen. Everything you need for a great Crater Lake visit. We would stay here again.”

“Pros: Check-in was keyless and easy. Beds were fine, kitchen was well stocked with tools for cooking. The lake views were also a draw for sure, and it was quiet. Cons: It was a hot day and the inside of the house was VERY warm (88 F). Despite what was advertised, there is NOT central AC. There is a small mobile Toshiba unit in the back bedroom, but it was off. “The cabin was amazing! Very cool log cabin vibe with all of the decorations to make you feel like you're roughing it in the woods but with all the modern convenience to make it comfortable. The outdoor bathtub and grilling area were standouts. The cabin actually does have AC even though the listing says it doesn't so that was a relief for a summer getaway. “The house was big enough to fit our entire family (3 generations under the same roof!), plenty of bedrooms and even bonus kids room, with fun toys (that was well used!. For the adults, we used the pool table for many hours of fun. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a tray of snacks stuff, very generous! ”
