“Das Zimmer war sauber und einwandfrei. Der Aufenthaltsraum war echt super. Kostenloser Kaffee, Obst war jeden Tag frisch und Wasser for free. Es wurde immer alles rechtzeitig abgewaschen und sauber gemacht. War echt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder”

“住宿空間很小，容納三個人及行李後幾乎沒有空地。廁所跟洗澡間跟洗手台是分開的，我不知道這樣的設計對什麼人有好處。洗澡間的門不能鎖，門板下方甚至是透明的，很爛的設計。”

“预定时分明是包含早餐的，但是入住时被告知吃早餐要付9欧一位的费用（这个价格在萨尔茨堡的消费算很贵的了），而他家在Hotels上的房间全都是包含早餐的预定，前台的工作人员（其实就是一家的三个主人就是工作人员）却用半生不熟的英文反复说早餐肯定要付费，和他们交涉根本行不通，在国外也无法拨打HotelS的客服电话，第一天来火没吃，第二天要赶路没办法给坑了18欧，请Hotels的工作人员调查确定此事！！！ 除此酒店客房很小，楼梯很陡没有电梯提行李非常恼火，卫生间淋浴渗水，卫生状况也很一般，更奇葩的是早上8点房门就被突然打打开有个女人进来说要打扫卫生非常非常非常的没礼貌！！！ 如果你是个中文用户看到此条评价还是不要预定这家酒店了，真的是又贵又不好！！”

“Loved the huge beautiful loft! Fantastic accommodation with small kitchen, fridge, kettle and safe. Had 2 extra smaller bedrooms perfect for children and big comfy furniture. 2 minute walk to bus stop and Mirabel Gardens. 5 minute walk to Old Town. Lots of places to eat on the same street or one street away. Check in across the street and with electronic codes was very easy so don't have to carry any keys. Birds sing to you as you enter the hotel hallway is a cute touch. Would definitely……

“The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite.
