“很值得住的飯店 離城堡區很近”

“although the location of the hotel is a little bit far from downtown, the tram is near hotel so that it is still ok for me to travel in Prague everywhere from here. Only 1 point I want to mention is the socket location, there is nothing near the desk. It is a little bit inconvenient for me if I want to use notebook in the room. Others are ok including breakfast, staff manner, room cleanliness.”

“訂的房型是兩晚看得到天文鐘房型，出發前還特地寫信問了酒店，確定是可以看得到天文鐘房間。 結果到現場，開門進房後發現無法看到天文鐘，立即反應。酒店表示全客滿，明天再替我們換房間，明明已經預定好，居然得到這樣的回答。 隔天換房間，櫃檯居然還跟我多收10歐元，因為換到可以看到天文鐘的房間。 這間酒店信用何在，對捷克飯店這樣處理，真的大失所望。 也不會有下次了。”
