“Wonderful atmosphere and amazing people ”

“Fint,stilig, rent,Wifi på rommet. Serviceorientert høflig personell. 3 min gågange til Terma Bania/badeland. God mat (frokost, middagsbuffé). 5min til bussholdeplass.Det tar ca. 45 min til Zakopane. Ikke aircondition på rommet, ikke speil, ikke søppelbøtte på rommet. Felles kjøleskap,microbølgeovn, kopper, vannkoker og te/kaffe i gangen. En del støy hvis noen lager mat om natten og en har rom i nærheten. Vårt opphold var reservert og betalt lenge i forveien men det viste seg at hotellet fikk……

“Hotellet er perfekt plassert i Zakopane, kun to minutter gange fra hovedgaten. Wersal henger fysisk sammen med Bachleda Resort som er fire stjerner og bygget i 2019. Det betyr at du bor på et rom med 3-stjerners standard, men som er rent og skikkelig, og at du nyter godt av alle fasilitetene til et 4-stjerners hotell. Nydelig hotellbar, hyggelige folk overalt og et spa-område som har det som trengs. En av de bedre frokostbuffetene vi har fått. Vi dro til Zakopane for skiopplevelser, men ble……

“We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses……

Nosso quarto e banheiro bastante espaçosos, cama confortável, e nossa vista da janela foi deslumbrante. Pousada extremamente familiar. Para quem quer descasar depois de um dia inteiro de passeio pela cidade ou simplesmente relaxar com tranquilidade, é o local ideal. Faltam palavras para descrever o quanto é maravilhosa.”

“Awesome Skihotel! Our stay was in fall, great for hiking at the high Tatra. The room (3 beds) was big & very comfortable. Bathroom a little bit tiny but nice. Great for a family stay. Sauna, hot tub, steambath, professional gym (a lot of weights, machines, heavy barbells), kids playroom, adult recreational room (pool billard, kicker table, table tennis...) Nice reastaurant, cool bar, very good breakfast. And there is aThermal Bath across the street.”
