“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches. “The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. “We stop in Llandudno fairly regularly but this is first time in this hotel. It is close to theatre where we were going to. Very friendly staff, breakfast great, don't do evening meal and no hotel parking. Room was ok but water was cold and radiator didn't work. Both problems sorted promptly. Great value for money so may return next time we book theatre.”
